(2) whether the North West Thames regional health authority has made any decision to defer the projected construction of a clinical block and an education centre at the Luton and Dunstable hospital.
§ Mr. FreemanNorth West Thames regional health authority recently reviewed its capital programme due to the decline in residential land sales and the rise in building costs. I understand that both schemes are scheduled to start on site on 1 April 1992.
