§ Mr. FreemanThe total sum received by each health authority from the sale of hospitals, mental institutions and other assets is recorded in its annual accounts and by the Department in the appropriation account for vote XIV, 1. The receipts which are treated as appropriations in aid allow additional capital spending over cash limit allocations in the year in which they are received.
