What changes they intend to make, in view of the abolition of domestic rates, to the powers of the Crown Estate Paving Commission to levy rates on residents of Crown properties.

It is not proposed to make any changes to the powers of the Crown Estate Paving Commission to levy rates as a result of the abolition of domestic rates. The Commission will continue to levy rates on residents of Crown properties in order to fulfil its statutory duties.
