To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what element and how much of an unemployed claimant's income support has been provided to enable them to meet their 20 per cent. liability for the community charge for(a) single claimants, (b) married claimants, (c) those over 25 years and (d) those under 25 years of age; and if he will make a statement.
