§ Mr. Teddy TaylorTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what was the purpose of the minute of the recent meeting of the Council of Home Office Ministers which dealt with the possible extension of the definition of dependants for the purposes of the residence directive;
31Wwhether the Commission will be presenting proposals to deal with the issues raised in the minute; and if the issues covered by the minute will be dealt with by majority vote.
§ Mr. Peter LloydI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave him on 21 February at columns810–11.
