§ Mr. RedwoodAn analysis by country of incorporation of all companies which are incorporated outside Great Britain but have, in 1988–89, established a place of business here and register documents under part XXIII of the Companies Act 1985, is contained in table G1 of the "Companies in 1988–89", a copy of which is in the Library. The number of overseas companies having subsidiaries here which were incorporated in the past year is not known.
