To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will give the combined acreage of land used for military training in Scotland.

Military training in Scotland takes place on 24,659 acres of land in Ministry of Defence ownership. In addition we have training rights, in some cases very limited, over a further 173,280 acres.
