To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department for each month since January 1989 how many calls were made by the police to(a) Isis house and (b) ISIU Harmondsworth (i) where an immigration officer attended, (ii) which were cleared by telephone and (iii) where there was no immigration officer able to attend; and how many suspects were involved in each of the above three categories.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will make available to the House the report produced by the immigration service as a result of Operation Goldring.

Mr. Peter Lloyd

No. The report concerns inquiries into applications for settlement on the basis of marriage and includes information about named individuals and agencies. It would not be appropriate to make this information available while the Department is considering the case for further action.
