§ Mr. Cope[holding answer 12 February 1990]: The investigation by Mr. Stevens and his team still continues. I understand, however, that he expects to submit a full report to the Chief Constable of the RUC in the near future. Thereafter the Government will address expeditiously any implications of the report that are for them, and will consider whether any further measures are needed.
