§ Mr. John PattenMy right hon. and learned Friend and I met the chairman, director and an assistant director from the National Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders on 23 January. The meeting provided an opportunity for the representatives of NACRO to give a presentation of their work and to discuss their ideas about criminal justice issues.
