§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make it his policy to allow adequate time for consultation with bodies representing local authorities in Wales on the draft subsidiary legislation bringing into effect the provisions of section 5 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
§ Mr. GristAs I stated in my reply to the hon. Gentleman's question on 8 February I will provide local authority associations in Wales with an advance draft of the order, bringing into effect the regulations on companies, for comment.
