§ Mr. NichollsTerms for the sale of the training business at Deptford skillcentre have been agreed with Astra Training Services Limited, the management buy-out team. Astra plans to lease part of the site, and my right hon. and learned Friend intends to offer the property for sale via open market competition subject to that lease. My right hon. and learned Friend has taken professional advice on the value of the site; the sale of the site has not yet been completed and it would be inappropriate to reveal a valuation.
