§ Mr. RidleyIndividual allocations within the publicity budget beyond the current year have yet to be decided, but the Department's central publicity budget will fall in real terms over the next three years. I expect the majority of next year's publicity spend to go towards information materials other than paid advertising. Expenditure is decided according to need, and on a case-by-case basis.
