Mr. Dalyell

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give the entertainment budgets of(a) the Property Services Agency chief executive and (b) each l'roperty Services Agency regional director for the last three financial years and for the current financial year to date; and if he will itemise the spending of those individual budgets by date, amount, purpose of expenditure, name and organisation of those present.

Figures for the earlier years are not readily available. The money is spent on a wide range of activities, including working lunches, light refreshments and the occasional reception for visitors and officials, including clients and those from overseas Governments.
