§ Mr. FreemanMy right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State and I met the chairman of North West Thames regional health authority, together with a number of other colleagues, on 17 January to discuss allocations of districts. My right hon. and learned Friend meets the chairmen of all the regional health authorities regularly.
