To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis on the action taken following the inquest into the death of Jamie Lloyd Stewart.

No. The circumstances of Mr. Stewart's death have been investigated by the Metropolitan police under the supervision of the Police Complaints Authority. The investigating officer's report has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Police Complaints Authority, who will consider whether there are grounds for taking criminal or disciplinary action against any officers involved.
