Mr. Austin Mitchell

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will provide for the districts of Basildon, Harlow and Thurrock the number and rateable value of houses and so on, with a rateable value not exceeding £100 and by(a) £50 steps to £400, (b) £100 steps to £800, (c) £800 to £1,000, (d) £1,000 to £1,500 and (e) over £1,500.
