§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyA consultation document on the proposal to merge Islington and Bloomsbury health authorities was issued at the end of last year. Comments have been requested by 12 April 1990. Until the outcome of the consultation is known it would be inappropriate for Ministers to comment on any aspects of the merger.
