§ Mr. NichollsThe table shows the number of informations laid by Her Majesty's factory and agricultural inspectorates alleging contravention of section 137 of the Factories Act 1961 (which deals with the requirement to register factory premises with the Health and Safety Executive). Information about the informations laid by other Health and Safety Executive inspectorates could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
