§ Mrs. ChalkerWe shall discuss with representatives of developing countries at the world conference on education for all the priority which should be given to increased expenditure on primary education. We shall pursue this discussion with Ministers of Education from developing Commonwealth countries at the conference of Education Ministers which is to be held in Barbados later this year and with non-Commonwealth countries as opportunities arise.
