§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Wales Advisory Body for Local Authority Higher Education, which advises my right hon. Friend on higher education matters, has considered a report setting out proposals for strengthening the provision of local authority higher education in Wales. The proposals will now be the subject of a consultation seminar arranged for 5 March. WAB will consider the report again on 6 April taking account of the comments made at the seminar, and will then decide what advice to offer my right hon. Friend.
