§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI have had no meetings with the British Medical Association specifically about the National Health Service and Community Care Bill since it was laid before the House. Discussions about our proposals in the White Paper "Working for Patients" last took place on 18 October 1989. I have had recent meetings with the BMA on the pay, terms and conditions of its members.
