To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the latest figure for the number of people living in bed-and-breakfast accommodation in Manchester.

Such statistics are not maintained by my Department. Manchester city council operates policies which avoid putting homeless families into bed-and-breakfast accommodation.
