Sir David Steel

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish a table showing annual aid, broken down into its constituent categories, given by the United Kingdom to the five poorest nations by 1990 standards in Latin America, Africa and Asia since 1975.
