§ Mr. Wyn RobertsCurrent figures show that the number of ET trainees with a need for literacy and numeracy training is approximately 18 per cent. Equivalent figures for YTS in Wales are not available, but there is provision for young people with literacy and numeracy problems under the arrangements for those with special needs.
