To ask the Prime Minister, pursuant to the reply to the Adjournment debate of 12 February,Official Report, column 118, if she will define the difference between formal and informal job descriptions for those working in Northern Ireland.

TheOfficial Report quoted by the hon. Member refers only to formal and draft job descriptions, in a context which makes the meaning clear.

To ask the Prime Minister what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government on informal job descriptions for Crown servants.

Her Majesty's Government do not have a policy on informal job descriptions for Crown servants.
