To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will legislate to extend the powers of trustees in personal bankruptcies fully to cover the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

No. This is a matter for domestic legislation within these Dependencies and has now been met by the Insolvency Act 1986 (Guernsey) Order 1989, the Bankruptcy (Desastre) (Jersey) Law 1989 and the Isle of Man Bankruptcy Act 1988.
