§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyUnder the National Health Service review proposals, districts will be responsible for 305W ensuring that their resident populations have access to a comprehensive range of services and this will include family planning. The new funding arrangements will be particularly helpful to family planning clinics which provide services to residents of many districts. Clinics will be able to obtain resources from all authorities whose residents use their services.
