§ Mr. LangThe full range of training and employment services is available to help people in north-east Glasgow to acquire appropriate skills and find work. The training and enterprise development provision available to the people of Glasgow will be further enhanced by the establishment of a local enterprise company for Glasgow which will have responsibility for delivering and combining the training programmes of the Training Agency and the economic development and environmental activities of the Scottish Development Agency at local level in a way which best meets the needs of Glasgow's economy and labour market.
