§ Mr. LuceIt is the role of the Arts Council to encourage such bodies. However, I understand that it has decided to allocate £3,000 next year to each of four youth organisations, the National Youth Theatre, the National Youth Orchestra, British Youth Opera and the National Youth Music Theatre. These grants are intended to help the companies with the professional aspects of their work.
