§ Mr. Archie HamiltonI understand from the United States authorities that the satellite communications terminal planned for RAF Chicksands, if approved, would be a facility of the United States defence communications system (DCS). The terminal would provide communications services for United States forces at that site and radio relay facilities for other forces in the United Kingdom and Europe.
