To ask the Secretary of State for Energy (1) what were the total exports of coal, natural gas and oil in December 1989 expressed in tonnes and at 1985 values;

(2) what were the total imports of coal, natural gas and oil in December 1989 expressed in tonnes and at 1985 values.
