§ Mr. Chris PattenQuality of service indicators are being finalised and will be included in the corporate plans of both agencies which I shall be considering shortly. On the Queen Elizabeth II conference centre, I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave on 18 January to my hon. Friend the Member for Beaconsfield (Mr. Smith),Official Report, Vol. 165, col 369, which sets out the targets presently approved.
