§ Mr. Wyn RobertsMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has already agreed to meet the South Wales standing conference on regional policy to discuss the proposals for a second Severn crossing. This meeting will be arranged once the successful tenderer is known. It is open to the standing conference to request that the agenda be extended to include the Severn barrage.
