§ Mr. GristI refer the hon. Gentleman to the statement made by my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department to the House on 29 January and to the schedule placed in the Library.
The Government accept, in principle, the recommendations of Lord Justice Taylor's final report. Consultations will take place with the appropriate representative bodies on the implementation, as necessary, of the recommendations.
