§ Mr. RidleyWithin the limits of our international obligations, the full range of DTI services is already available to United Kingdom exporters seeking entry to the South African market. We do not at present offer financial support for firms wishing to participate in trade missions to or trade fairs in South Africa. Recent announcements by President de Klerk are to be welcomed and we will consider what more can be done to help exporters in the light of future developments.
