§ Mr. DewarTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if, pursuant to his answer of 20 December 1989,Official Report , column 292, he will now publish in the Official Report the dates on which the annual reports of the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board and the South of Scotland Electricity Board have been published in each year since nationalisation, either for existing or predecessor corporations.
