§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he intends to publish a revised version of his draft circular regarding companies in which local authorities have interests dated 27 October 1989 in the light of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
§ Mr. GristThe revised circular will be published when the provisions of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 regulating local authority companies come into force. I will provide local authority associations in Wales with an advance draft of the order bringing into effect the regulations on companies, for comment.
