To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what was the total budget of Tai Cymru in(a) 1988–89 and (b) 1989–90; and what proportion of this money was spent in north Wales.

In 1988–89, the Housing Corporation in Wales' gross outturn was £72.89 million. Of this, 13.7 per cent. was spent in Gwynedd and Clwyd. The figures for 1989–90 are not yet available.
