To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has any plans to establish diplomatic relations with Lithuania.

We cannot establish diplomatic relations with Lithuania, which is not a sovereign independent state. It was unlawfully incorporated into the Soviet Union in 1940.
