To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to raise human rights violations in Guatemala at the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.

There is currently a UN special adviser on human rights in Guatemala. His report is likely to be discussed at the 46th session of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
