Member for Warrington, South, he will describe the arrangements for monitoring actual expenditure and claims by local education authorities for initiatives aimed at combating the misuse of drugs; and if he will publish relevant details of actual expenditure for this purpose in recent years.

Grant is paid on the basis of claims from local education authorities, which must submit an auditor's certificate confirming that the claims have been made in accordance with the requirements of the programme in question.
