§ Mr. TrippierOne statutory marine nature reserve at Lundy island has been designated so far. The Nature Conservancy Council has identified the following additional sites as being suitable for marine nature reserve status: Skomer Island and the Marloes Peninsula; Menai Straits; Loch Sween; St. Abbs Head, Bardsey Island and the Lleyn Peninsula; and the Isles of Scilly.
