To ask the Secretary of State for Health what representations he has received about alleged underfunding of(a) North East Thames regional health authority and (b) Waltham Forest district authority; and what response he has made.

We have received a number of representations about financial allocations to North East Thames regional health authority, and Waltham Forest district health authority, including one from the hon. Member, to which I replied on 31 January 1990.
