Ms. Ruddock

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he anticipates that a governing body for the proposed Haberdashers' Aske's city technology college will be formed.

Mrs. Rumbold

The timing of the formation of the governing body of the Haberdashers' Aske's city technology college is a matter for the Haberdashers' Aske's City Technology College Trust. My right hon. Friend expects that a governing body will be in existence for the opening of the college in September 1991.
