§ Mr. ScottWe intend to put a draft claim form to the organisations involved in the care of terminally ill people and to terminally ill people themselves to ensure that we have found the most acceptable and sensitive form of wording. Once we are satisfied on this point, copies of the form will be placed in the Library.
