To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will meet Clwyd and Gwynedd city councils to discuss rail electrification from Crewe-Holyhead; and if he will make a statement;

(2) if he will meet the standing conference on regional policy in south Wales to discuss the rail electrification of Paddington-Cardiff; and if he will make a statement.
