Mr. Blunkett

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish in ranked order, expressed in terms of expenditure in £sterling per head of population, the amount allocated to direct overseas aid in(a) the European Community countries and (b) the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development countries for each of the last three years for which statistics are available.
