To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what matters were discussed in the last meeting of the Anglo-Irish Intergovernmental Conference.

I refer the hon. Members to the reply I gave earlier today to a question from the hon. Member for Dundee, West (Mr. Ross).

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what was discussed at the last meeting of the Anglo-Irish intergovernmental body; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Brooke

I assume that the right hon. Member is referring to the Anglo-Irish Intergovernmental Conference which last met on 30 November 1989 and I refer him to the answer I gave earlier today to a question from the hon. Member for Dundee, West.
