asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many advance factories have been built in the northern region in each of the years 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989; and what was the total cost of building those factories in each of those five years.

Comprehensive information is only available for English Estates. The provision of advance factories in the northern region by English Estates is as follows:
